1955 March 24- "Wu Xing" China's first branded wristwatch, was created.
1957 April 23- launched the first series of "Wu Yi" brand watch.
1958 The Tianjin Wu Yi Watch Factory was established.
1961 produced the chronograph wristwatch prototype for China Air Force.
1965 Assumed ownership of watch case manufacturing facilities.
1965 September - Produced the first ST4 tuning fork prototype movement.
1966 The "Dong Feng" brand was created (the first wristwatch designed and manufactured independently in China).
1973 The "Sea-Gull" brand was created (China first wristwatch brand for export).
1975 Successfully developed a lady mechanical wristwatch (China' first lady mechanical wristwatch which accord with international standard).
1984 Became the first China enterprise which sponsored China sports delegation at 23rd Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
1985 Sponsored China's first Antarctic expedition team.
1985-1987 Sponsored "Sea-Gull Cup" Women's Volleyball Tournament for 3 years, and titled "Tianjin Sea-Gull Football Team".
1986 The ladies mechanical watch won the State Quality Products' Silver Award.
1986 Designed ST11 pointer quartz wristwatch.

1988 Promoted to the rank of second class of state enterprises.

ST11 pointer quartz wristwatch won the gold award from the 62nd international Poznan Fair (the first China-made watch to win an international gold medal)
1990 Promoted the rank to first class of state enterprises.
1990 Became the Official Watch Sponsor of the 11th Asian Games.
1992 Stopped producing mechanical watches, and began to make quantity production of quartz watches.
1993 Established Tianjin ISA Company.
1994 Sponsored the 43rd World Table Tennis Championships.
1995 Formed Tianjin Sea-Gull Watch (Group) Company.
2000 Made high-grade gold watches of "Zhong Hua" brand, and the watches were collected by The Museum of Chinese History.
2000 Passed city-class enterprise technology center certification.
2001 Passed ISO9002 Quality System Certification.
2001 Established Dalian Zhongou Company.
2002 Established Tianjin Bohai Zhongou Watch Technology Co., Ltd.

2002 Became the Official Watch Sponsor of China Football Association in World Cup period.

2003 Established Shijiazhuang Zhongou Company.
2003 Set up Tsinlien Seagull Co., Ltd. And Tsinlien Horologia Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong.

2004 November, Re-developed the chronograph movement.
2005 March, Tourbillion wristwatch in rose gold was collected by Tianjin Museum.
2005 Identified as China Well-known Trade Mark.

Launched the tourbillion wristwatch with power reserve and date display (limited edition of 50 pcs in rose gold), with the No.1 edition presented to Olympic Champion Liu Xiang.
2005 Launched the tourbillon skeleton watch with power reserve and date display (limited edition of 100 pcs in rose gold)
2005 Launched the skeleton chronograph watch (limited edition of 100 pcs in rose gold)
2005 Sea-Gull were making more than 25% of all the world's mechanical movements.

2006 June, Launched the tourbillon watch with retrograde date and day ( limited edition of 100 pcs in rose gold)
2006 September- Successfully developed double tourbillon wristwatch and displayed for the first time.
2006 September 29th "Sea-Gull Watches Culture & Art Salon' was set up.
2006 November Launched Marshal Memorial Watch.
2006 December Launched the tourbillon watch with power reserve, day & night, and date display (limited edition of 100 pcs in rose gold.
2007 Set up Seagull Company in Switzerland.
2007 February- Launched the quarter repeater watch (limited edition 10 pcs in platinum, and 40 pcs in rose gold)
2007 April, Successfully developed minute repeater watch and displayed in Baselworld for the first time.
2007 August, launched the double-tourbillon watch (limited edition of 9pcs in platinum, 90 pcs in rose gold, and 90 pcs of skeleton in rose gold)
